Kindergarten Registration- Documents Necessary

In order to register your child for kindergarten next year, please bring the following documents. We cannot complete your registration without proper information.
1. Birth Certificate
2. Proof of address - This should be a bill with your name and address
3. Shot record - If your child has not yet received all their shots, you must bring an appointment card to show they will have those prior to starting school.
